Scope and pricing
One-off jobs are quoted at a fixed price after a short review. Monthly management is a set fee based on the number of servers and sites. Cloud and server bills go directly from the provider to you; we do not mark them up.

Which provider should we choose?
For most websites and small apps, a VPS from a provider like DigitalOcean or Hetzner is the best value. AWS, Azure or Google Cloud make sense when you need their managed databases, scaling, compliance or an existing company agreement. We recommend one after looking at your traffic, budget and team.
Will our site go down during a migration?
Usually not noticeably. Everything is copied and tested on the new server first, then DNS is switched at a quiet time while the old server stays running as a fallback.
Who owns the servers and accounts?
You do. Servers sit in your own cloud account, in your company's name. We work with access you give us, and you can remove it at any time.
Do you host sites on your own servers?
No. We set up and manage servers in your account, so you are never locked in to us as a host.
What does monthly management include?
Security and software updates, backups with test restores, monitoring and alerts, fixing server problems, and a monthly report. Response times are agreed in the plan.
