Scope and pricing
Projects are fixed price, based on the number of users, mailboxes, data volume and the security features in scope. A migration for under 100 users usually takes two to four weeks. Managed Microsoft 365 is a monthly fee per user. Microsoft licences are paid to Microsoft or your licence reseller; we advise on plans and do not mark them up.

Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
Business plans cover up to 300 users: Basic for web apps, mail and Teams; Standard adds desktop apps; Premium adds the security, Intune and Conditional Access most companies should have. Larger organisations or stricter compliance needs usually move to E3 or E5. We recommend per group of staff, so you only pay for what each group needs.
Will we lose email or files during the move?
No. Mail, calendars and files are copied before the switch, and the final change of mail routing happens at a quiet time, usually a weekend. Staff see their old mail and files in the new system.
Is Microsoft 365 Copilot safe to switch on?
Copilot can only show what a person already has access to, but in most tenants people have access to far more than they should. We find and fix oversharing in SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and apply sensitivity labels, before Copilot is switched on for anyone.
Does Microsoft back up our data?
Microsoft keeps the service running and offers recycle bins and retention, but that is not the same as an independent backup you can restore from. We set up a backup service and test restores.
We are merging with another company. Can you combine tenants?
Yes. We plan tenant-to-tenant migrations of mailboxes, OneDrive, Teams and domains, map users across both organisations, and keep mail flowing during the move.
Can you manage Microsoft 365 for us afterwards?
Yes, under a monthly plan covering joiners and leavers, licence changes, security alerts, Secure Score follow-up and a monthly report.
