ServicesMobile App Development

Apps people keep using.

We design, build and release iOS and Android apps for companies, connect them to the systems you already run, and keep them working as phones, stores and rules change.

This is for you if

  • You need a customer, field-staff or partner app, and off-the-shelf tools do not fit how you work.
  • Your app was built years ago, crashes on new phones or no longer passes app store review.
  • You have two separate iOS and Android codebases and every change costs twice.
  • Your app needs to talk to your ERP, CRM, payments or internal systems.
  • The developer who built your app has left, and nobody else can release an update.

What we can do for you

Product discovery

Agree what the app must do before anyone writes code.

  • Workshops with the people who will use the app and the people who will run it.
  • User journeys, feature list and a first release that is small enough to ship.
  • Platform and technology choice explained in plain terms.
  • A written scope, timeline and quote.

UX and UI design

Screens that are easy to use on a small screen, with one hand.

  • Wireframes and clickable prototypes tested with real users.
  • Visual design that follows iOS and Android conventions where it helps users.
  • Accessibility: text size, contrast, screen readers and touch targets.
  • A design system, so new screens stay consistent.

Cross-platform apps

One codebase for iOS and Android when that suits the product.

  • React Native with Expo, on the current New Architecture.
  • Flutter when design control or performance on lower-end devices matters most.
  • Shared code with your web app where it makes sense.
  • Native modules for camera, Bluetooth, payments or other device features.

Native iOS and Android

Swift and Kotlin when the app needs the platform's full capability.

  • Swift and SwiftUI for iOS, Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android.
  • Widgets, wearables, background tasks and deep device integration.
  • Native apps added alongside an existing cross-platform app where needed.

Backend and APIs

The server side that the app depends on.

  • APIs in Node.js or ASP.NET Core, with an admin panel for your team.
  • Sign-in with email, phone, Apple, Google or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Push notifications, in-app messages and offline sync.
  • Hosting on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud in your own account.

Integrations

The app connected to the rest of your business.

  • ERP, CRM, HR and inventory systems through their APIs.
  • Payments with Stripe, Razorpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or in-app purchases.
  • Maps, location, chat and WhatsApp.
  • Analytics and crash reporting from the first release.

Security and privacy

Apps that protect company and customer data.

  • Secure storage, encrypted traffic and session handling.
  • Mobile device management support for company-issued phones.
  • Privacy labels, data-safety forms and consent screens the stores require.
  • Security testing against the OWASP mobile risks.

Testing and release

Released through the stores without surprises.

  • Testing on real phones and tablets, old and new.
  • Automated builds and tests, with TestFlight and Play test tracks for your team.
  • App Store and Google Play listings, screenshots and review submissions.
  • Private distribution for internal staff apps.

Modernisation and takeover

Bring an old or abandoned app back under control.

  • Code review and a written report on what to keep, fix or rebuild.
  • Upgrades to current SDK and operating system requirements.
  • Two native apps merged into one cross-platform codebase where it pays off.
  • Documentation, so the next developer is not starting blind.

Support and improvement

Keep the app working as phones and store rules change.

  • Updates for each new iOS and Android version.
  • Crash and performance monitoring, with fixes released quickly.
  • New features planned from usage data and user feedback.
  • A monthly report on usage, crashes and work done.

Ways to work with us

Discovery and prototype

A short paid phase to agree scope and test the idea.

  • Workshops and user journeys
  • Clickable prototype
  • Fixed quote for the build

App build

Design, build and release of the first version.

  • Working builds every two weeks
  • Store release handled
  • 30 days of fixes

Support plan

A monthly plan for updates, fixes and new features.

  • OS and store updates
  • Crash monitoring
  • Monthly report

How it works

  1. Discovery

We agree who the app is for, what the first release must do and how success is measured.

  2. Design

We design and test the key screens with real users before building them.

  3. Build in sprints

We deliver working builds every two weeks, so you can test on your own phone.

  4. Test and release

We test on real devices and handle App Store and Google Play submission.

  5. Support

We monitor crashes and usage, release updates and plan the next features.

Scope and pricing

Quoted after discovery, based on the number of screens, platforms, integrations and backend work. A focused first version usually takes eight to sixteen weeks. App store accounts, hosting and third-party services are billed to your own accounts. We do not mark them up.

What we need from you

  • A product owner who can answer questions and approve screens.
  • Your Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, or we help you open them in your company name.
  • Access to the systems the app connects to.
  • Brand assets and any designs or research you already have.

Questions

Not covered here? Ask us and we will answer before you commit to anything.

Ask a question
React Native, Flutter or native?

Cross-platform suits most business apps, because one codebase serves iOS and Android. React Native fits teams that already use JavaScript or TypeScript on the web. Flutter fits apps where custom design or smooth performance on cheaper phones matters most. Native is worth it when the app depends heavily on device features.

How long does an app take?

A focused first version usually takes eight to sixteen weeks. We keep the first release small, ship it, and add features based on how people actually use it.

Who owns the app and the code?

You do. The code lives in your repository and the app is published under your company's developer accounts.

Can you take over an app someone else built?

Yes. We start with a code review, get the build and release process working again, and then fix the most urgent problems.

Can you build an app for our staff only?

Yes. Internal apps can be distributed privately through Apple Business Manager, managed Google Play or your device management system, without a public store listing.

What happens after launch?

Phones and store rules change every year, so apps need regular updates. We offer a monthly support plan, or hand over to your team with documentation.
