- Migration to SharePoint Online
- Permissions and governance
- and 6 more services below
This is for you if
- You still run SharePoint Server 2013, 2016 or 2019, which no longer gets security updates from Microsoft.
- Your files sit on shared drives, in email attachments and in a SharePoint nobody can find anything in.
- Your SharePoint has old workflows, InfoPath forms or add-ins that need replacing.
- You want to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot and need to know who can see which sites and files.
- Auditors or clients ask how you control, retain and dispose of company documents.
What we can do for you
Intranet and employee experience
One place for company news, policies, people and tools.
- Intranet design with hub sites, communication sites and navigation that follows how your organisation is set up.
- News, events, policies and a people directory, on modern pages your teams can edit themselves.
- Viva Connections, so the intranet opens inside Microsoft Teams on desktop and mobile.
- Audience targeting, so departments, regions and offices see what is relevant to them.
- Multilingual sites for organisations that work in several languages.
Document management
Documents filed once, with the right version found the first time.
- Document libraries with metadata, content types and views instead of deep folder trees.
- Version history, check-in and approval for controlled documents such as policies and procedures.
- Document sets and templates for contracts, projects, cases and client files.
- Automatic tagging and document processing with SharePoint Premium where your licences include it.
- OneDrive and Teams set up so staff work on the same files, not copies.
Records management and compliance
Keep what you must, delete what you should, and prove it.
- Retention labels and policies with Microsoft Purview, matched to your legal and contract rules.
- Records declaration and disposition review for documents that must not change.
- Sensitivity labels for confidential, client and personal data.
- Audit logging and eDiscovery for investigations and legal holds.
Migration to SharePoint Online
Move off old servers and shared drives without losing content or a working day.
- SharePoint Server 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019 to SharePoint Online, or to SharePoint Server Subscription Edition if you must stay on your own servers.
- File shares, Box, Dropbox and Google Drive to SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Tenant-to-tenant moves for mergers, acquisitions and divestments.
- Content clean-up first: duplicates, old versions and abandoned sites are archived or removed, not migrated.
- Migration with Microsoft's SharePoint Migration Tool and Migration Manager, or a third-party tool you license, in batches with sign-off by each content owner.
Permissions and governance
Access that stays correct as people join, move and leave.
- Permission design by group, not by person, with owners for every site.
- Sharing, guest access and external user settings for clients, partners and suppliers.
- Site creation rules, naming, templates and a lifecycle for inactive sites.
- Access reviews, so site owners confirm who still needs access.
- SharePoint Advanced Management for site access reviews, inactive site policies and data access reports.
Copilot readiness and oversharing clean-up
Fix who can see what before Copilot can find it.
- Permissions audit: broken inheritance, "Everyone" access, anyone links and over-broad groups.
- Remediation plan by site, starting with the most sensitive content.
- Restricted access for sites that should only be visible to their own members.
- Sensitivity labels and data-loss rules applied before Copilot is switched on.
- SharePoint agents scoped to selected sites and libraries, so staff ask questions of approved content.
Custom development with SPFx
Build what the standard web parts cannot do.
- Custom web parts and extensions with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- The same SPFx components used as Teams tabs, personal apps and Viva Connections cards.
- Integrations through Microsoft Graph and the SharePoint REST API.
- Site templates and provisioning scripts, so new sites are created the same way every time.
- Rebuilds of SharePoint add-ins and farm solutions, which Microsoft has retired, as supported SPFx code.
Workflows and forms
Replace old workflows and InfoPath forms before they stop working.
- SharePoint Designer and SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflows rebuilt in Power Automate.
- InfoPath forms, which reach end of support in July 2026, rebuilt in Power Apps or Microsoft Forms.
- Approvals, reviews, reminders and request processes with an audit trail.
- Lists turned into apps people can use on their phones.
Search and findability
Staff find documents and people without asking around.
- Search set up around your metadata, with filters by department, type and date.
- Promoted results and bookmarks for the documents people search for most.
- Search across connected systems with Microsoft Graph connectors where it is needed.
Integration with business systems
SharePoint connected to the rest of your tools.
- Teams channels linked to the right SharePoint sites and libraries.
- Documents and data exchanged with ERP, CRM and HR systems through Power Automate or custom APIs.
- Document storage inside your own applications with SharePoint Embedded.
- Power BI reports on SharePoint lists and content.
Training and managed support
Site owners who keep their sites in order, and admins to back them up.
- Training for site owners, editors and staff, with short guides for each role.
- Admin support for new sites, permission requests and problems.
- Monthly review of sharing, inactive sites, storage and permission changes.
- Small improvements and new pages under a monthly plan.

How it works
Discovery
We review your current sites, file shares, workflows and permissions, and talk to the teams who will use SharePoint.
Information plan
We agree the site map, metadata, permission groups, retention rules and migration order before anything is built.
Build
We build the sites, libraries, pages, workflows and any custom web parts in your tenant.
Migrate and test
We move content in batches and check it with the people who own it.
Launch and support
We train site owners, then hand over or look after SharePoint under a monthly plan.
Scope and pricing
Projects are fixed price after discovery, based on the number of sites, the volume of content, the workflows and forms to replace and any custom development. A focused intranet usually takes four to eight weeks; migrations depend on the amount of content and how much clean-up it needs. Managed SharePoint is a monthly fee. Microsoft licences and any third-party migration tools are paid to Microsoft or the vendor; we do not mark them up.

- SharePoint or Global administrator access to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Access to your current SharePoint servers or file shares if content is moving.
- One content owner from each team whose sites or files move.
- Your retention, confidentiality and compliance rules, if you have them written down.
Our SharePoint Server 2016 or 2019 is out of support. What are our options?
Microsoft ended support for SharePoint Server 2016 and 2019 in July 2026, and there are no paid extended updates. You can move to SharePoint Online, or to SharePoint Server Subscription Edition if your data must stay on your own servers. We assess your farm, custom code and workflows and recommend one, or a mix of both.
Will our old workflows and custom solutions move across?
Not as they are. SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath forms, add-ins and farm solutions have to be rebuilt with Power Automate, Power Apps or SPFx. We list every one during discovery, so you know the work before the migration starts.
Can SharePoint replace our shared drive?
Usually, yes. Files move into document libraries with search, version history and sharing controls, and staff still open them from Teams or File Explorer through OneDrive sync.
Is SharePoint ready for Copilot?
Copilot shows people what they already have access to, and in most organisations that is far more than it should be. We audit and fix permissions and sharing links, and apply sensitivity labels, before Copilot is switched on.
Do we need extra licences?
Most Microsoft 365 business and enterprise plans include SharePoint Online. Some features, such as advanced retention, SharePoint Advanced Management or SharePoint Premium, need higher plans or add-ons. We check your plans before we design.
Will our team be able to update the intranet?
Yes. We use modern pages and web parts that site owners edit in the browser, and we train them before handover.
