Power Platform, put to work.
We build the apps, automations, reports, AI agents and portals your teams need on Microsoft Power Platform, and set up the governance that keeps it secure and supportable across the company.
- Power Apps
- Power Automate and RPA
- Power BI and reporting
- Copilot Studio agents
- Power Pages portals
- and 5 more services below
This is for you if
- Your processes still run on spreadsheets, email approvals and copy-paste between systems.
- Staff have built apps and flows on their own, and IT does not know what is running, who owns it or what data it touches.
- You still depend on InfoPath forms, SharePoint Designer workflows, Access databases or Lotus Notes that need replacing.
- Managers wait days for reports that should be live, or you want AI agents answering staff and customer questions.
What we can do for you
Power Apps
Business apps that replace spreadsheets, paper and old databases.
- Canvas apps for phones and tablets: inspections, requests, field work and stock checks, with offline use where needed.
- Model-driven apps on Dataverse for case management, assets, contracts and approvals with full audit history.
- Apps inside Microsoft Teams, so staff work where they already are.
- Security roles and record-level access, so each person sees only what they should.
- Copilot features in apps where they help users find or enter data.
Power Automate and RPA
Automate approvals, hand-offs and repetitive work across your systems.
- Cloud flows for approvals, notifications, escalations and data sync between Microsoft 365 and your other systems.
- Desktop flows (RPA) for legacy systems with no API, attended or unattended.
- Document processing with AI Builder: invoices, receipts, forms and ID documents read and routed automatically.
- Process mining to find which processes are worth automating, based on real system logs.
- Error handling, retries and failure alerts, so broken flows are found before users notice.
Power BI and reporting
Live reports managers trust, instead of monthly spreadsheets.
- Data models and measures built from your ERP, CRM, finance and operational data.
- Dashboards and reports for leadership, departments and frontline teams.
- Row-level security, so each manager sees only their region, team or customers.
- Scheduled refresh and on-premises data gateways for data that stays inside your network.
- Reports embedded in Teams, SharePoint and Power Apps, and paginated reports for formal output.
Copilot Studio agents
AI agents that answer questions and complete tasks from your own data.
- HR, IT helpdesk, policy and customer service agents grounded on SharePoint, websites, Dataverse and documents.
- Agent actions through Power Automate and connectors, such as raising a ticket or checking an order.
- Publishing to Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, your website or other channels.
- Authentication, content moderation, data-loss rules and audit logging set up before go-live.
- Analytics on what users ask, so answers improve over time.
Power Pages portals
Secure websites for customers, partners, suppliers and staff.
- Portals for applications, registrations, case tracking, supplier onboarding and self-service.
- Sign-in with Microsoft Entra External ID, social accounts or local accounts.
- Forms and lists linked to Dataverse, so portal data flows straight into your apps and processes.
- Branding, accessibility and security reviews before launch.
Integration and data
Connect Power Platform to the systems that already run your business.
- Connectors to Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SQL Server, Oracle and Microsoft 365.
- Custom connectors for your own APIs and line-of-business systems.
- On-premises data gateways for data that cannot leave your network.
- Dataverse data models, data migration and clean-up from spreadsheets and old databases.
Governance, security and CoE
Let teams build safely, with IT in control.
- Environment strategy: separate development, test and production, plus sandboxes for citizen developers.
- Data-loss prevention (DLP) policies that control which connectors can be used together.
- Managed Environments, maker onboarding rules and sharing limits.
- A Centre of Excellence with inventory and usage tracking using Microsoft's CoE Starter Kit.
- Ownership rules, so every app and flow has a named owner and a support plan.
- Licence reviews: who really needs Premium, Process or Copilot Studio capacity, and who does not.
ALM and DevOps
Release Power Platform solutions the way you release software.
- Solutions, managed solutions, environment variables and connection references set up correctly.
- Automated deployments with Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Source control, release notes and approval gates between test and production.
- Service accounts for flows, so nothing breaks when a person leaves.
Modernisation and migration
Replace retired and ageing tools before they stop working.
- InfoPath forms rebuilt in Power Apps (InfoPath reached end of support in July 2026 and has no automatic conversion).
- SharePoint Designer, SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflows rebuilt in Power Automate.
- Microsoft Access databases moved to Dataverse and Power Apps.
- Lotus Notes applications, Excel macros and older workflow tools replaced with supported apps and flows.
Training, adoption and support
Help your people build, use and run what you have.
- Citizen developer training and a champions network inside your teams.
- Admin training for IT on environments, policies and the admin centre.
- End-user guides and short videos for every app we deliver.
- Ongoing support: fixes, enhancements, failed-flow monitoring and capacity checks.

How it works
Process review
We map the process or estate as it runs today and agree what should change.
Design
We design the solution, data model, security and licences, and agree them with you.
Build
We build in short cycles and test with the people who will use it.
Release
We deploy through test to production with solutions and pipelines, then train users.
Run
We hand over with documentation, or support and improve it under a monthly plan.
Scope and pricing
Projects are fixed price after a process review. Centre of Excellence setup is a defined programme. Managed support is a monthly fee. Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 licences are paid to Microsoft or your licence reseller; we advise on which ones you need and do not mark them up.
Ask for a quoteWhat we need from you
- Access to your Microsoft 365 tenant and the Power Platform admin centre.
- A business owner and the people who run the process today.
- Sample data, current forms and reports, and any system or API documentation.
Which licences do we need?
Some apps and flows run on the rights included with Microsoft 365. Premium connectors, Dataverse, desktop flows (RPA) and Copilot Studio need paid licences or capacity, and Microsoft changes these terms often. We check the current terms for your tenant before we design, so there are no surprises.
Staff have already built apps and flows. Can you bring them under control?
Yes. We inventory what exists with the CoE Starter Kit, find owners, move important solutions into managed environments, and set DLP policies so new work follows the rules.
We still use InfoPath and old SharePoint workflows. What now?
InfoPath reached end of support in July 2026, and classic SharePoint workflows are retired, with no automatic conversion. We list what you have, decide what is still needed, and rebuild it in Power Apps and Power Automate.
Power Apps or a custom application?
Power Apps is faster and cheaper for internal processes. A custom ASP.NET application suits very large user numbers, complex logic or customer products. We recommend per case and can combine both.
Are Copilot Studio agents safe to use with company data?
They can be, with the right setup: authentication, data-loss rules, content moderation, limited data sources and audit logging. We configure these before any agent goes live.
Who supports the solutions after launch?
Your team, with our documentation and training, or us under a monthly managed support plan. Flows run under service accounts and every solution has a named owner either way.
